About Us
Plains Physical Therapy
Since 2008, Plains Physical Therapy has provided expert, hands-on rehabilitative care to the communities of Sanders County and western Montana. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants serves more than 700 patients each year, helping people of all ages recover from injury and surgery, manage chronic pain, and stay active in the work and recreation that make rural Montana home.
We offer orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, post-surgical care, workers’ compensation care, balance and fall prevention, and certified lymphedema therapy. Patients can see us directly without a physician referral.
